Hennamari Asunta (b. 1980) is a Creative Director and Designer working in branding, art direction, graphic design and styling. She has studied and worked in Los Angeles, New York, Paris, London and her native hometown, Helsinki, and graduated (2004) from the Aalto Design University in Finland with art studies at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs ENSAD Art and Design University in Paris, France.
Alongside running her own studio for the past 20 years, she has co-founded Samuji, an internationally acclaimed clothing brand, with fashion designer Samu-Jussi Koski, and worked as the brand's founding Brand and Art Director, worked as the Creative Director at the sustainale paint brand Milieu, as well as for the Californian wellness and environmental work brand The Lost Explorer, and created the branding for the Alvar Aalto designed landmark restaurant Savoy, newly remodeled by Ilse Crawford. She also works as the Creative Director at Vahterus, a sustainable energy-industry brand.
